@cowboy sam : Seveal surprises for DH. He loves the JCP Stafford t-shirts and have a big box since JCP in trouble. Box of his printer ink supplies. Two pairs of his favorite house slippers he wears a 9.5 EEEEE  difficult to find. Gift certificate to his favorite buffet- Ole Times.

Spent hours on line yesterday researching gifts. Received DD wish list- desperately needs laptop for school because using her boyfriends and he needs it back. Wasn't expecting this expensive request but thankfully I had a Best Buy Store Credit which really helped. Plus she works at The UPS Store and needed a special tennis shoe for support and comfort. Almost finished but still need to purchase four gift cards. All my delayed packages were delivered yesterday, plus the turkey and sides ordered from Honey Baked Ham. Also received surprise package from DD- another box of Clorox and Lysol wipes. I sent her a thank you email and stated we have plenty and save some for herself and explained that the store brands are just as good.🤗❤️

My dd has also asked for a laptop but i'd like for her to pick it out herself as she is so fussy about her clothes,etc...if i'm with her we would both be happy She would like maybe a 15 in. one 

I need to contact her to ask more questions about one,etc.

I'm glad you have all your back orders now..and you did good with buying gifts for your dh!  and others(((hugs))

ps..i checked my10 #weighted blanket on HSN...only thing i  saw was that it would be delivered by the 26 of Nov.!Have no idea if its on its way or not yet!It was sold out now.

Guess its a waiting game..maybe it will just appear like magic...but by regular mail  or truck delivery???

@cowboy sam : Sadly that DD (me -stepmom) like her Dad doesn't know how to budget money. She gave me the laptop info for HP. She also requested new glasses- doesn't need updated lens but wanted designer frames, she wanted a full spa day, plus car payment. DH emailed her - somethings not necessary and very impolite requesting excessive luxuries when we are trying to help with daily basics and necessities. We always provide help with the Santa gifts for grandkids.  I thought DH would give in and try to do everything on her list. Avoided a big drama.I am the tightwad always looking for sales, coupons, senior and military discounts and free shipping 😀🤗❤️

PSA when it is in the 30s and 715am - there will be less people in the streets

I stopped walking where I used to in the summer (grass/trees walking path) since Sept bc we had a spike and many refused to wear a mask - I won't name the group, they walk in clusters abreast and yapping and slapped a lawsuit against Gov Cuomo- I didn't wear a mask then but I was not talking and alone - 

so i walk in another direction where it is more commercial and mask is on

most stores aren't opened so less foot traffic and got my walk in

I wasn't walking in Sept/Oct and most of Nov -my numbers from my physical went up

you can't eat chocolates, gummies and not exercise - expecting a good outcome

so this is the 3rd time in as many days I've taken a shorter walk but trying to be more consistant in exercise
