Good morning my friend @SouthernBee!.  Gosh it's so tough when sleep is not your friend and your mind just won't behave isn't it?  I am watching my beloved Guy Fieri's Grocery Games so I am thoroughly entertained right now and plotting my lunch which may involve a pork chop and the Instant Pot (or I could finally fall back asleep and I grab a couple of chicken tenders and a handful of tater tots and throw them in the air fryer).

Gosh I wish I had seen this earlier, I find the Food Network to be a nice alternative in the wee hours of the morning.  I hope maybe they can give you some rest and your body will respond in turn as it's tough when you are just not getting enough rest . . .

Good morning Preds & Friends

Yesterday while strolling thought a park I saw something that made me once again appreciate nature and divine order. There were about 25 geese who had just come out of the water and there were as many still in the water waiting to come out. They were all in a line. No one butted. No one was squawking because it was taking too long. It was an inspiring sight. I was pleased others had also stopped to look and take it all in. I thought about what we were seeing in constrast to what we could/would have been seeing if at home in front of our tvs. I am thankful I was at the right place at exactly the right time.

Hello dear Lovelies,

@SouthernBee, I have quite a list of cable channels and types of shows and reference quite a bit.  Likely more the movie channels, which I usually try to review one day a week and prerecord some movies I think will be enjoyable.

@Cowboy Sam, Your post about Shadow’s resting place tugged at my heart.  I am sure your family will make sure you have a special Thanksgiving dinner.  

Been reading quite a bit - British magazines and such I got from our library.  The “Britain” magazine is full of interesting

history.  Of course, doing sorting out for my little Snuggery room.  Also watching some TV...can’t say life is dull!

Humans seem to be the most stoopid of all the species

also penguins - saw March of the Penguins many years ago and they take turns to be on the outside (coldest) so the whole flock? herd? so i googled

yesterday was a a dry and no rain for a few days and relatively warmer than in the last week - so I decided to inhale paint fumes for a few hours - will need another coat - but it looks nice, dry for the next several days - so glad the first coat is on

as you know, I don't watch the news period

so I put my TV channel to shopping or reruns when I turn it off - so when the TV comes on - it is always non news - that's what I did when CoVid was non stop on the TV and I couldn't find the remote fast enough to change it
