I’m sorry to hear about your painful vaccine reactions.  GRRRRRRR!

Hope they resolve quickly, maybe even gone by right NOW.

Taking Prevnar 13 and the Flu vaccine at the same time but in different arms, was an awful mistake I made a few years ago.  Afterward, my immunologists told me to space them at least 2 if not 3 weeks apart.  I should have asked before!  However, it is a lesson not soon forgotten!

Be sure to shout out to your physician sooner rather than later if you don’t improve quickly.

I already used it - I threw in some frozen TJ Mushroom Riscotto with extra portobello mushrooms and some frozen homemade meatballs - 

oh, the horrors lol

but I must admit when I got my first cast iron (pumpkin) I went all out and made a Boeuf Bourguignon as a first meal - went and bought a bottle of wine even (not a wine drinker)

we all realized we dont like the taste of wine - and I have made it many times since but used the ATK recipe with beef short ribs - if any recipe calls for wine.- I omit
