@Yahooey I understand companies working from home, especially when they never had to before - it was challenging for everyone in the beginning. There is no excuse 7 months later for any company to use it as an excuse to abandon customer service.

Staub site says they will refund if unused - I take it undamaged but no one is acknowledging it is damaged through no fault of my own plus I will have to pay for shipping the pot back to them -
I'm so frustrated - I'm on Instgram and followed Staub in order to send them a private msg for help - don't inow if they read that but i know that they have new posts all the time. I don't normally follow them but seeing the dates just now lets me know someone is posting.
I'm so upset - i'm only bought from them bc WS didn't have any in the store - I prefer to pick it up - should have ordered from them bc I can go by their store front and show them damaged pot or something

Staub is the Zwilling J.A. Henckels, LLC, company? I'm sorry if I'm repeating something you've already done... I didn't see it, but might've missed it... but have you tried the Better Business Bureau website? The reviews and complaints are "interesting." I know people aren't always happy with the BBB, but I've noticed that some complaints on their website get attention and will be addressed and resolved, perhaps because they're so public. At this point you might consider it.

@Yahooey : For the company home office - any possibility someone working there ? Preds and Friends can escort you and the defective pot and do a peaceful protest but making it clear: Yahooey needs new perfect pot like now and suggest we will not accept any other options and others will hear about your defective pot and no customer service support. 🤗❤️
