@Bri369 : Thank you. More information about the mixer. This afternoon received another email from Cuisinart at 4:30 pm requesting more information. I responded- Thank you but due to your multiple delays found another source for help. Purchased mixer from Home Depot and they have a 180 day product return policy. I had only a couple days remaining to qualify and returned the mixer earlier today. They wanted my phone number but it was already included on the warranty information, the warranty inquiries and multiple emails. 🤷♀️😳.

@dooBdoo : Thank you. I try to document everything that I do and especially purchases. I never put my product boxes in the trash for at least six months just in case something needs to be returned. I make a file folder and register the warranty. I look for products that has a good warranty for like three years. Will also look for the longest return policy. I have proudly earned my wrinkles and grey hair ❤️😁

Good for you!❤️ I think we must be related, @SouthernBee!😊 I also take screen shots of my online purchases, any steps in the process that seem pertinent if there should be a problem or question. I save them in folders on my Mac until everything has cleared and is A-OK, then delete. It really has come in handy in many cases.
