@Drythe : Thank you for your kind words and suggestions. I always appreciate your post and helpful information. Congratulations on your success. Everyone has to find what works for them. I struggled with weight gain while on cancer medication and steroids. I have not been successful but hopefully this time will be different. I prefer doing it slow and steady and hopefully can reach my goal and keep it off.

wait

i put a gallon bottle of water in each hand and walked down those 10 steps to basement..placed water   containers on sheets of newspaper on the concret floor  did that 5x..so 20 steps for each 1 gallons of water in each hand  !

My exercise for the day!  plus walked dog around my house!
