@dex ...Yes, I'm thinking of her also and hope that she is comfortable...I'm sure she is receiving excellent care and she is so blessed and surrounded by a very close and  loving family and friends...I keep thinking, whenever I log on, that maybe we will see a wonderful surprise of a post from her! Heart

@Coquille @I am living for the treatment or vaccine. My mom is on Vancouver island in a nursing home.I have not seen her since last September and she is 94.I am thankful that they don't have any virus at this time.

i hope the protests won't help reignite the virus. I completely sympathize with the protest but I am afraid of how many people will die if this virus gets out of control.

I hope you stay well and safe.I imagine your friend has nightmares after her shifts.I hope she is okay emotionally when this is over.

aww @dex I'm so sorry you can't visit your friends at Vancouver Island. I only been to Vancouver which was lovely. Vancouver Island - super duper fancy hidey place?

@Coquille  as a fellow NYer - I don't know how we can social distance - we are literally sardines no matter the time or day.

fingers crossed for a vaccine -

there was 1 day with zero deaths in the past which was a miracle in itself-

too many weeks of over 700 per day - so hard to wrap your head around

and I've become so insensitive when I hear the total -

oh good, it fell to under 500 weeks ago

that is horrible - my friend in Jersey felt and thought the same way and I don't think we are horrible people

as far as all those people that refuse to wear a mask and putting others at risk

i can't control them - I can only control my own actions

large grops of people - it will spike

every party thrown - you hear someone testing postive afterwards

sigh

prayers for all of us -

Gilligan's Island doesn't sound so bad

@MyShadowLove

yay - when it is hot - my hair is always up and I can't have it dangling on my neck

I had to cut the hair off - it was coming out in clumps - knotty and long and kept getting stuck in my armpiit - lol who would have thought

I still haven't mail it off yet - don't want it lanquishing somewhere if places are still closed

so.... you got inspired by a person who can't groom herself bc hair was getting stuck in her armpit - yeah, I'm a role model -

it felt like cardio - I was sweating and panting

hit the shower - cawfee break at 2:30 and my last frozen piece of carrot cake toasted and slathered in butter - bc I deserved it

feeling a little slugish now

@Yahooey ...I have to share with you that I cut my hair this morning, after my sweaty power walk...As soon as I got out of the shower and while combing it out, I just decided right then to give it a good cut while it was still wet...It was getting to the point where the ends needed a good cleaning up and it was getting too long...It was getting beyond shoulder length, so I took approximately a good 2-1/2" off.

My hair is thick and I just sectioned it off in four parts and proceeded to take the scissors to each section...I am quite impressed with how well it came out...actually quite good...at least according to my personal opinion...although it will be interesting to hear what my hair stylist has to say about my cutting skills when I'm ready to see her again...LOL

I will tell my hair stylist that you were my inspiration when you posted the picture of your ponytail that your sister had cut for you...Anyhow, I feel purdy and fresher for now and that is what is important Woman LOL

@MyShadowLove   Is it possible for you to enlarge your font?  I'd like to read it, but it's getting harder.  Thanks so much!!!!

@dex  Sorry you haven't seen your mother for so long. That's so sad for both of you! I assume you speak to her and how does she deal with not seeing you?

I know this phrase is often used but still well meant, Stay Well and Stay Safe. 😘

Happiness is not a destination, it is a way of life.
