@Coquille I just got off a zoom call with my friends from Canada. They have zer coved cases on Vancouver Island. We are supposed to be there but the border is closed and as the area we live in is a hot zone who knows if we will be able to cross this summer.I am so ready to be there to just relax and not worry about this virus for awhile.I was so sad seeing them all smiling and enjoying the cabins we share.

@Yahooey ...I have to share with you that I cut my hair this morning, after my sweaty power walk...As soon as I got out of the shower and while combing it out, I just decided right then to give it a good cut while it was still wet...It was getting to the point where the ends needed a good cleaning up and it was getting too long...It was getting beyond shoulder length, so I took approximately a good 2-1/2" off.

My hair is thick and I just sectioned it off in four parts and proceeded to take the scissors to each section...I am quite impressed with how well it came out...actually quite good...at least according to my personal opinion...although it will be interesting to hear what my hair stylist has to say about my cutting skills when I'm ready to see her again...LOL

I will tell my hair stylist that you were my inspiration when you posted the picture of your ponytail that your sister had cut for you...Anyhow, I feel purdy and fresher for now and that is what is important Woman LOL

@dex  I sympathize with you. Who knows what's going to be. Here in NYC we're still in quarantine except the many, many protesters. I'm afraid what's going to be in 2/3 weeks. We're suppose start living in the next few week but.... Hopefully, the protesters won't bring back the virus in full force. I would have gone out with them but tooo scared of CoVid. You'll get your turn, hopefully soon and eventually, whether it be a year or so, they'll be a vaccine and voila, back to normalcy? I know, a long time. We have to be thankful for what we have and where we are. My friend is a nurse and works in one of the hospitals on the a Island and works in the CoVid dept. Need I say more.

I feel bad for everyone, sick or well. It's a hard time! You, I and everyone else here are made of tough stuff.😘

BTW, I know people in the Hamptons that are living their lives like nothing's going on. No masks, no distance. The kids are swimming in the pool together and jumping on trampolines 😳.

@dex ...LOL...By the way, I saw your post where you would like to go to Vancouver Island...I've never been there but it looks absolutely beautiful...It seems that Canada overall has done quite well with the Covid-19 virus.

I cut my hair once or twice a year when I can't get to my hairdresser. I think I do a pretty good job. She shakes her head every time she sees what I've done. I've used her for 23 years, so I laugh. I colored my hair recently with permanent color. The front came out really good. My husband s and did the back, so who knows. As little no as I can't see it, who cares🙈🙊

Bravo to you and @MyShadowLove  and anyone else that does their own hair.
