it isn't that I couldn't sleep bc of insomnia 

it was bc of the cawfee I drank late in the evening for me

others can drink and nothing ..

I drink at 6pm and stay awakes hrs later

mine started outupsetting...got out of computer care earlier and something caught my eye....a black spider was on my chair   pillow!Shuddering!!!

I threw the pillow i had been sitting on to the floor as  the spider headed for under my couch!!!

I beat it to death with a shoe then flushed it down the toliet! no prayers said for it either!!
