I have Rita's in my neck of the woods - but not where I normally travel to
I will investiage once I feel more comfortable to roam

I have one about 40 minutes away. I had no idea there was even one in Illinois.

@Yahooey Join me. I usually fall asleep after 2:30am and wake up at about 6:30. Toss and rturn like you. Sometimes, I wake up with pains just from tossing around. I like you can do with 4 hrs sleep. It does catch up by the end of the day sometimes, then I relax and usually listen to music or watch tv. I absolutely, like you, can't nap. I can't even go to bed early.
I have tried to watch tv or go back online in order to kill some time and get tired but I find the light from the electronics just keeps me up.
The dr mentioned Melatonin 3-5 milligrams but it made me nauseous. A lot of people take it. It's not expensive, maybe you'd like to try it. I tried everything else but....😘
Edited: I should have said, to try the Melatonin only if it happens a lot!
