Here are lots of wonderful yummy potato recipes!....I love potatoes and my husband is actually making a potato salad this morning!...We use the red potatoes and leave the skin on also.

Good afternoon  from central NY, 

Hope you all  are well. 

@Preds   sending a hug. Thinking of you as I watch GH and the Nurses' Ball episodes.   

I read back just a bit and caught the words mashed potatoes.    

Potatoes are my favorite savory food. I could eat them at every meal. 

I make mashed potato croquettes from leftover mashed potatoes.  YUMMY! 

I hope everyone has a good weekend. Be safe and healthy. 

Enjoy potato croquettes for lunch.  Don't have to tell me twice. LOL

@Mj12 ...You're Very Welcome!....Great recipes and this is the one that caught my eye right away also.....I love salads so it would be yummy and healthy!...It has some bacon in it too!
