I can bring some cheesecake.  Of course, low calorie, made with cream cheese and sour cream.  And I will also include a large platter of Italian cookies, made by a bakery a town away from where I live.  Smaller type cookies that melt in your mouth.  Going to such a lovely farm would make me very happy.  Maybe we could play with some of the animals?
