@rms1954   If you go to your order status, view order, you will see where it states write a review. It is under Order Options.

@rms1954 I just did. 

 

There is a chance that it might be your browser.  I know for example I can't see my orders in the Brave browser but I can in both Safari & Chrome.  Could be something they are doing on their end as well.

I used to have a problem with watching any product videos on qvc.  Big zero. I used another browser, and rebooted computer,. I use Duck Duck go.   And I think it also had to do with cookies.   I have an ad blocker now, and it doesn't effect the videos, but it does on some websites.

@rms1954  Sorry it works for me. I just use my Amazon Fire tablet which uses the Silk browser. Have you tried clearing your browser?

I noticed with this new "Write A Review" from Order Status, I don't have the review option on the order I just received yesterday.  I do on all my past orders, and it comes up immediately.  

If you're wanting to write a review on a recent order, you may have to wait a bit for that option to appear.
