Post Office Didn't Deliver Package? Lost??

I had my daughter mail a box to my father on 12/16..it has not arrived. I didn't think to have her insure it as I never had his presents not arrive in 20-years..Value was most about $200 but I am very upset that he won't have his presents tomorrow morning to open!

I always use the Post Office but will NEVER again!

End of the world, NO..but very disappointing still.
