Portland, Maine weekend?

My teen daughter and I are traveling to Portland Maine this weekend.

Never been there before. We are staying at a Downtown hotel.

I'm sure it will be freezing! Any ideas on stuff to do?

Temps will moderate somewhat over the weekend, but it certainly won't be warm, by any stretch of the imagination. With any luck the wind will die down which will make the cold more tolerable.
