NOT to use easy pay. Want to pay it all at one time. I don't get a choice like I do on that other channel. Thanks.

If I'm asked do I want easy pay I say no if I don't want to.

during checkout there is a section on the screen (top) that is grayed out where you can uncheck easy pay.

i hope that helps.

I purchase on line only...never noticed a grey area. Appreciate all your help, as always

I always thought you had to opt *in* to easy pay, rather than opt out. Did that change?

I always order on-line, and quite a bit of ordering in the past couple weeks (WEN) and my orders are not automatically easy-pay. It doesn't appear to default to last order selection either, so I don't understand the problem.

If the item is offered on easy pay, you automatically get it unless you opt out. It's been that way as long as I can remember. You have to go through the step-by-step ordering process to opt out.

Ah, so if you do some kind of quick ordering, where you don't get to choose payment method, delivery method etc (it all defaults to whatever you chose last time), you get easy pay by default? I always do the step by step process because I want to choose the delivery method.

When I order online and check out, it gives me the option to use easy pay if it is available. If I don't check the box for however many payments and the amount, it automatically charges the full amount. It never gives me easy pay unless I check the appropriate box. This is an example of what comes up at checkout:

A224554 — Susan Graver Essentials Cotton Modal 3/4 Sleeve Bateau Neck Top

EasyPayOption_

5 Easy Payments of $7.20

1 payment of $36.01

There is a circle in front of each option - click on the circle for the option you want.
