Plea Deal expected for the Cleveland kidnapper who held three women for 10 years

This guy's attorneys are saying he will plead guilty if the state will take the death penalty off the table....he has over 1000 charges....if ever someone deserved the death penalty, it would be this guy. It does make me wonder what must have happened to him early in life that could have damaged someone so badly that they could do these things to another human being.

What justice for the poor victims do you think would be fair? This is Castro, the man who had held four women in captivity for a decade.
