Plants that I've ordered have never arrived as shown in presentations. This is an example of one..the Phillip Watson Succulent mat.

I ordered plants one time. After I planted them, I loved them. But they arrived a soggy broken down mess. The UPS delivery person looked at me like-- good luck with this. The cardboard box was soaked and collapsed. There was loose dirt all over it. Inside the box, the plants were still alive but the paper instructions etc-- soaked and illegible.
And the kicker-- they still say in presentation- we send our plants very well packaged. Yeah right. NEVER AGAIN

Got my Phillip Watson sun patiens today and the plants are about 4" tall and arrived very healthy and not bruised.
They came in a plastic holder keeping each one in place for the trip.
Probably the best plants I have ever ordered!

Hey, I ordered this exact same thing. I live in Zone 7b, so I have not got mine yet. What growing Zone are you in? I am just wondering when mine will come.

Some of the plants arrive a hot mess.
Some arrive with broken stems or leaves here and there .
Some arrive in perfect condition .
I only ask for a refund for the hot mess plants .

@luvzchiz I did and sent pics. They sent me another one but received the same pitiful sprigs in a flimsy box of dirt.

@LizzieInSRQ I posted the first one but was notified it was reported to moderator as abusive and not published so I worded it a little differently and posted again. If I figure out how to delete one I will..
