Pinched nerve- day 22

I'm on day 22 of a pinched nerve in my neck and, well let's just say it's no fun. The Orthopedic doctor continued me on the anti-inflammatories that the urgent care doctor had started me on. They also prescribed muscle relaxers Since I work full time, I can only handle taking the muscle relaxer after I've gotten home. I'm also doing 4-6 weeks of physical therapy twice a week and exercises at nome. I'm beginning to think it's never going to heal.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?
