Piers Morgan tonight

We started to watch Piers Morgan tonight. We missed the start of the show and are not sure who he interviewed. Was that Janet Jackson? The dress she was wearing was just too 'accident prone'. We changed the channel. Why do they wear such revealing dresses on live tv?
