Picky readers unite.

I was looking over my book collection today and noted that I have very little selection of fictional books! So, now, I'm on the hunt and open to suggestions.

The only problem is... I'm quite the picky fiction reader. I'm not much one for chick-lit, romances or mysteries. I do enjoy historical fiction, horror and fiction that takes place in certain area or countries.

Some of my favorites have included Antonia White series, The Godfather series, All That Lives (Bell Witch). Any ideas for some new reads?
