it was a bit scary. I was afraid it was going to be all white when I cut it open. It sounded kind of hollow and it was turning yellow on the bottom but I have picked them before at that time and they weren't ready. guess I don't know what hollow sounds like. anyways, my niece cut it open, she helped me plant the garden, she said "I think I see pink". she finished cutting it and we both were sooo excited, giving high fives because it was pink. my sister was making fun of us. that is some good watermelon, so juicy and sweet.
