So many of you were so kind  that responded to my " stupid " post, I thought I would tell you how it worked out. The Spectrum tech. Just left and he fixed my line, changed my modem ( no longer supported ) and I won't be charged. He was very nice and professional. Thank you again for all of your kindness, and your funny stories. That is why I come here. 🌺🌷🌺
