I have a 30 minute phone interview this week and don't know what to expect. I've never had one before. What should I expect? Are they easier than a face to face interview?

Is this the new way of doing things?! I've been in my current job for 12 years now, so I'm fairly new to this.

I did have a short 10 minute talk with an HR man last week, if you can call that a phone interview. He told me all about the job, the wage and hours, asked why I wanted to work there etc. and said if the nurse was interested in me she'd call me for an interview and she did. I go for that interview tomorrow night.

But the one later in the week is 30 minutes, I'm not sure what they'll ask for 30 minutes.
