Philip Phillips Interesting Article in People Magazine

Interesting article in People Magazine where they interviewed Philip's Dad. During the season Philip had 8 surgeries to relieve pressure from kidney stones. He will undergo a surgery to reconstruct his kidney and the recovery is 2-4 weeks so should make the Idol tour. His Dad said he will be anxious to have people see what Philip can really do. He was at 50% during the season. Can't imagine going through all of that on national TV. He's such a likeable kid.
