Here in NE PA it is an absolutely gorgeous day. In the 70s, a great breeze, blue sky, a ton of sun and most important... no humidity. Tomorrow is to be a repeat of today. 

Monday will start a 5 or 6 day stretch of disgusting 90+ degrees and humidity. I just dread it.  My 73 year old body does not do well in that type of weather.

Everyone stay safe in this heat. Lots of water for you, and pets, if you have them.  Check on elderly family and friends too.

when I lived in Indiana and Michigan those heat waves seemed awful   Now that I've been in Florida for six years, I've acclimated to daily temps in the mid-high nineties and high humidity. Funny how your body does that.

I used to live around Evansville, In for most of life.

Summers are hot, but, the humidity would stagger a buffalo.

We moved to Tx. summers are hotter then **** but, humidity is pretty low.

anytime your around a body of water the humidity is gonna be a horror. Galveston, almost killed me down there. I thought I was gonna need oxygen LOL and I was young then.

I ran to the tour bus and hollered "jack up the air" !

@CrazyKittyLvr2 , I'm not looking forward to it either. My lungs are not great and the humidty does me in. I guess I'll be using my AC. You take care.

I have asthma and autoimmune disease and those days make me positively sick.  Joints swell up, I can't breathe and I get nauseous.  

I saw it's going to be a bad hurricane season, too.

I'm in the metro-DC area.  One of our local TV weather guys said that our heat wave will last at least until the end of June!  The last of our good days are today and tomorrow.

Beautiful here in NY too while we wait for the heatwave. I really hate the humidity when I sleep but I'm extra annoyed by it because you finally have to break down and turn on the air conditioning. After being closed up all winter I hate having to shut the wndows for any reason.

Nebraska is having a repreve from the high 90's today with a gorgeous day! Next week will be blistering hot and probably very high humidity again. As long as the sun is shining in the blue sky, I'm happy with the weather!
