People taking things the wrong way

I have always had my feelings hurt easily, toughened up some over the years, but i have noticed that some take a comment you leave ,and take it negatively , more than use to.

When you lose some one you L~O~V~E, that Memory of them, becomes a TREASURE.

I think the "tone" of the board has changed along with the tone of the country.

I think maybe Adults bully people more than kids and it is strongly evident on these boards!

That is what they really are............ imo

Dejav vu all over again. With true respect for the OP's feelings, these threads NEVER work to change anything and rarely end well.

Someone who is truly a "bully" or always nasty will not read this and say, "Oh, gee, that's me...I'll change right now."

Nope, if there are such people here, they would just point their fingers at others. the upshot is that no one is going to change the nature of social media. Take it for it's worth, enjoy the good parts, or make a decision not to engage.

Some people are just super sensitive. i do not walk on eggshells for them and do not expect people to do it for me. Much of the time it depends on who is saying what as to how it is received.

The forums are somewhat of a microcosm. If someone has a negative personality here, they have one everywhere. Life is too short to give energy to any form of anti-social behavior or comments. You seem to be a caring person. Do not allow ANYONE to rain on your parade😊.

I have to admit I've been surprised at some of the responses I've gotten to threads I've started. But that's the risk taken when it is an unknown audience.

Some people are very unhappy so they try to make them selves feel better by being abrasive.

Wrong is still wrong just because you benefited from it.

I was that way when I was young but I always remember my father telling me to "consider the source" and that bad manners are "ignorance".
