In this case, "People" is my DH.

Yesterday, we left the house early a.m. in the car. I'm driving. I double-parked in front of a convenience store so DH could get the newspaper. There were other double-parked cars in front and in back of me.

DH comes out of the store and walks over to the car in front of me. I see what's going to happen and start honking. He looks up at me, then goes about his merry way, opens the door to the other car and sits himself down in the passenger seat. I didn't leave my car 'cause the police are very active in ticketing. I figured I'll let this one play out. A man comes out of the store, sees DH in his car, opens the door, DH gets out. The other man laughed and waved at me. I'm sitting there with my head in my hands. DH said when he sat next to me, "I was thinking it didn't look like your car."

We're still laughing about it today. So I think everyone can use a chuckle right about now. What's your DUMB story??
