Pennsylvania floods

Jim Cantore from the Weather Channel just posted on Facebook that the Susquehanna River is at its highest level in Wilkes Barre since Hurricane Agnes in 1972. I have family in that area and am concerned. I'll be calling them in a few minutes. I hope all of our posters in PA and NY being affected by the rain from former Tropical Storm Lee are ok.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?
