Penetrating Evil Eyes

Have you ever met anyone with penetrating or evil eyes, that you just didn't want to look into their eyes and you didn't want to be around them?

I was reading on the Internet about people that have posted about going through this experience.

I have never met anyone with these types of eyes. DH said yes that he has, when I asked him. I was really surprised when he said that, because I really didn't believe it.

So have you?
