@TenderMercies  Protect yourself. Take the picture. You are not stooping to his level. You did not initiate this mess. You need proof and you need to complain to the Police ASAP. Isn't that why charges were not pressed? Do not be a victim in your own home. This is dangerous. Keep the Police informed of anything this man does that is not normal behavior. They need to know in order to do their job of protecting you and the community.

@YorkieonmyPillow @BirkiLady I called the police, and they told me to keep the blinds closed and the doors locked and not call back unless he trespasses or verbally threatens me.  I took a photo of him sitting in the window.  At least I know where he is.

I would be concerned about this network of voyeurs. They probably know where he lives and by extension where you live.  Also, they can’t all be elderly.

This situation would really make me uneasy.  And I do judge the criminal behavior of the elderly like perps of any age. No one gets a pass from me just because they are old.

Besides the YUCK factor and the fact that he's 95 and a virtual hermit, I wonder if the police actually entered his house with some kind of warrant to search the property and confiscate computers and cameras, etc.  If they did, he's now relegated to staring at your kitchen window in real time.  Double YUCK.

@qbetzforreal Well, they found out who he was by tracing his IP address.  Since he was posting on a voyeuristic website, and they knew where he lived, they probably drove by his house, examined which homes nearby he could have been photographing, and taken my address and identified me as the homeowner.  They could look up my drivers license photo or just my Facebook page and match the photos up.
