I just read a review if someone that preordered the tsv and owns the original. Her comment was the fabric in the tsv is different. Now I’m bummed that qvc might have cheapened it from the original ( I know from personal experience they’ve done it before). Say it isn’t so!!!

Disappointing if that's the case.  The fabric is the same so it's odd.  I hope she didn't use a cheaper cotton.

The denim jacket with the hoodie recently came back in stock and in my size. Here I had been so disappointed on missing out on what looked like a great jacket until I finally saw it on the model but I instantly didn't like it.  To me it looked sloppy and the hood too long.  I think the woman who represents the line is hard to understand....wants to be spontaneous but I'm sure is rehearsed.  I think she's too old to be wearing this type of clothing, odd since I am too yet almost bought one.  So glad I didn't.  This type of clothing is for the 20 and 30 year olds.  That denim jacket didn't have overt messages though, just the style looked awfully young to me.

I rarely watch full presentations of anything sold on QVC...will watch snippets of videos.  So I have no opinion whatsoever for the vendor, and that's fine with me.

Not all clothing in her line has words stamped on the outside of the garment (not that I'm automatically opposed to this)

I ordered a jacket that has good reviews.....because past purchasers seem to love it and it looked like it would work out for me.

The vendor has tainted that brand for me.  I think they would do better if she was replaced with someone softer and more approachable.

As I understand it...the vendor who sells on QVC is the owner of this clothing line. Who would you suggest they use as a replacement?!

I purchased two items from the Peace Love World web site.  Both of the items were very good quality.  However the T-shirt I purchased from QVC was not as good quality as the clothes i purchased from the actual website.  I wonder if QVC uses cheaper material than the actual website.

Shoekitty said, i have found even Earth shoes, Clark's shoes and other brands are a little different in quality if they are qvc.  Even the Dooney bags are slightly different than store, especially if they are a TSV.   TSV sells 25,000 or more of an item. This is is huge amount.  I think if they plan on selling a lot, the vendor makes them up different.  They cut corners a tiny bit here and there if they are for a mass qvc sale.

just my opinion. i just received and returned same day,a pair of Alegria clogs. I bought the same brand, same style at a brick and mortar store last year.  The qvc shoe, same style, different color, had thinner leather, the stitching was not as good.  But mainly the straps were shorter, the buckle cheaper.  The short straps were odd.  But maybe it saved them leather?  Lost my sale.

If you think about it, I bet qvc can sell more of one item, than Nordie or macys could sell in 2 years, nation wide.

I never judge a product  by the vendor. I judge it on if I like it or not. I see nothing wrong with the peace love world lady (others were making comments in the TSV topic too). I do like when models model clothing, but my buying QVC clothing has gone way down due to pricing going way up!

PS I did love that sweatshirt from PLW, and I cant believe lots didn't care for it. I think it looked very updated and cool. I love the logo words also. I was going to order it but I thought no, we are just about finished paying bills from Christmas. So I am taking a shopping break. lol.
