Paypal scam email

I received 2 emails today from what appeared to be from Paypal regarding a gun I had purchased. Since I have no account with them, I googled their CS # and was assured there was nothing under my name, etc. and was told to forward it to their security/scam dept. for investigation. This is the third scam email this week. The other was from someone else. Geez. I get sick of this ******.

Dirtbags!!! glad you check it all out tho---have gotten a few stupid would be scams that I always check out even tho I KNOW they are bogus!!

I love the emails I get "We have blocked your account. Your photos and videos will be deleted."

I don't have an "account" that has photos and videos anywhere on the internet. An immediate delete.

What is the point of these? Hoping to get personal info from the recipient?

Get scam emails all the time regarding PP, send them to Phishing @ Paypal (you know the rest )

We get these all of time. PayPal told me to check the sender's address. If it's a Gmail, it's definitely scam.

I've reached the point if I don't recognize the sender it gets deleted.

Not sure if I'm lucky or my time spent blocking every unwanted email has finally paid off, but my older than old yahoo email account has let through maybe one spam / junk / whatever email per month for the last 6 months or so. It's a pleasure.

I got a scam e-mail this week saying there is an explicit video of me and some young man that will be released to the public if I don't send money.

I had a good laugh. I have had some strange scams sent to me, but that one takes the cake.

Just this past week both my DH and I received emails supposedly from Apple Pay that our accounts both had charges of several hundred dollars. Said fraud was suspected and gave a number to call. DH doesn’t use Apply Pay. I called Apple to be sure and, as I suspected, it was a scam.
