I finally thought to use Paypal for a clothing item since I have had SO MUCH trouble with sizing in the last year.

Now, how do I go about getting my QVC return label shipping back from Paypal.  When I went to the Paypal site, I saw that I need to send verification of return shipping paid to QVC.  Can anyone help me with that?

Yes, when you use Q's return shipping label then you will get a confirm email from the Q stating what amount(s) was refunded to you minus the return postage paid (on the label) once they process your return. That email is what you need to upload on the PP webpage when you go to claim your refund. What PP wants is proof of what you paid for the return shipping charge.

When I've gotten the return email, I don't see the amount of the return broken down into QVC item and return shipping...as separate amounts. Just one amount which I can't tell how much was deducted for using the label.  I must be looking in the wrong place.  Is there a place on my account using the website?  I truly appreciate your help.

The last time I used a Q return label, I got an email stating what was refunded to me. That refunded amount was less than what I paid so you should assume the difference was the amount printed on the return label. I don't know how you can view that label or even if your Q account would show that return shipping amount. I only used a return label one time and it was some time ago so maybe I'm forgetting something, too. I'm thinking you might have to upload two separate documents...one that shows what you originally paid and another docu, that email showing your return refund amount, and upload both to show PP the different amounts. @mac116

@mac116

Look at this PP form, it's part of where you fill in amounts paid and uploads Look closely at the the underlined parts.

How did you pay for your return shipping?
I paid the post office or a courier service.
The shipping cost was deducted from my return.

Upload document(s) that show:
• return shipping costs and
• the cost of the item

Required
• Refund email from the seller showing the amount refunded to you
Upload
Accepted file types: PDF, JPG, PNG
Additional
If the document uploaded doesn’t show the cost of the purchased item, then upload the original receipt which shows the cost of the returned item.

You need to upload two separate docs....like I said, @mac116

What a boondoggle!

My email from QVC does not show the amount that was refunded.  I see it when I go to my account on the QVC website.

When I got up off of the floor after seeing the amount (89 cents), I realized that there is a lesson in all of this.

My lesson:  Don't purchase clothes from QVC anymore!

Thanks for helping me out.  I did submit a claim to Paypal.  We'll see if it works.
