Pay Pal ?, please

just received a 'long' bill. HOW do you know what's for what,,,meaning, there are no item names or #s per se. Been doing this for a long time and never could keep track properly. Now, logged onto my pay pal, and still not much info of what items came from where or when or $$$$..how am I looking at this in the wrong way???? always keep tab on orders etc., but with PP just can't seem to grasp it. any help??? I feel so darn dumb, grrrrr. thanks
