ITA! I don't how old this poster, gazelle77, but she has a lot of judgements that are negative on life.

Let's see how you're doing when you are Paul's age, 71. He looks great and so does Ringo. Nice to have cash to get the some anti aging help from the plastic surgeons.

Skylands, you say something about me on every post, follow and comment ...you are like indigestion after a bad meal. Just do not open my posts. Easy! You know you do not like my comments, so why open every thread I start? I do not follow you like a troll. Please do not follow me. Use ignore? I loved Paul when I was 12 when they were a hot commodity ....to give you an idea of my age. Smiley Happy

Even as frail as Paul's voice sounded, it still wasn't as bad as the old country dudes. Blake has to really work to cover for them. And then there was Trent Reznor. My ears were bleeding.

Well...the old country dudes are quite a bit older than Paul. So......

Is this the same Gazelle who just started another post that older women should not wear leggings?

SIR Paul is a music icon...still creating, still enjoying performing.

Maybe not to your taste...but beloved by millions.

Totally agree!

Re: Paul McCartney singing last night

The song he sang last night was not one of his better songs, but for some reason many are raving about it on his new CD.

Believe it or not-Paul seems to be able to sing the rockers much better-he can still belt out songs like "Helter Skelter" and "Back In The USSR" including the shrieks yells that they call for.

His voice last night wasn't awful but I've heard him sing much better.

He needs a few songs to get his voice on track-he would have sounded much better had he done "Cut Me Some Slack" the song he won the Grammy for with Dave Grohl.

He usually sings 30-32 songs in concert, and that's after at least an hour long soundcheck, so he does 40-42 songs per gig. Once he's on stage he never takes a drink, and doesn't leave the stage (except to come back and do TWO encores)

That's da*mn impressive for anyone, let alone a 71 y.o. man.

The "talent" in todays music scene couldn't hold a candle to The Beatles in their heyday.

I thought the song was bad.

His face appeared to be pulled tighter than the last time I saw him.

Sir Paul is losing his voice {#emotions_dlg.crying}, but he sounded a hundred times better than the old country dudes. Blake really had to cover for them.

I actually thought Paul sounded pretty good. It's a more mature voice than his 20-something self, but it still sounded good to me.

A lot of those older performers don't sound great anymore, but I give them a pass. Some of them are living legends. :-)
