my granddaughter loved a pair of earrings she saw in my jewelry box...of course i gave them to her....i wanted to look up their description.....when i looked up my past orders, my history skipped a couple of years....has this happened to anyone....

@nana59  'Forgot to add that i do believe Customer Service can retrieve that for you.  They very graciously helped me with something like that about a year ago. Good luck!

Glad Q wipes the slate clean - I don't even want to think about the stuff I've bought that wasn't needed - the impulse junk I now give to charity and the $$$ I spent at the Q......over 28 years or whatever it is.   Leaned my lesson - new leaf has been turned (over).  Two days ago took gold pieces from 1980's to sell - still in box - 14K tag still there - - gold dealer tested & advised = no.. none... zip... gold event.  Said tag never should have been attached.
