I, for one, can say that it looks much better than parts of the inner city where I live.  I am not sure how much it would do to alleviate the drug problem but it would help my eyes when I have to go through there to get to my doctor's offices.

 Think it's great.  Kids need places outdoors where they can play.  I live out in the country, we don't have a downtown or tall buildings.  Baseball seems to be the big sport here, we have a huge baseball field.

I hope it does some good. France is under a lot of civil unrest right  now. they are probably employing out of work people ,to paint this  stuff, and hoping the basketball courts keeps the youth  out of trouble

@lolakimono  Imaginative use of colors to enliven a dreary urban alley and that it affords an opportunity for youth and the young at heart to shoot hoops in is a plus.  I definitely like it.

I think it’s great and brightens up a space that would probably just gather trash. My grandson loves to play basketball and he would think it was really cool.
