PanImage Tablet

{#emotions_dlg.mad} - I haven't had this tablet and week and it's acting up. I turned it on today and while "booting," the screen just went black. I could not get it to turn off. After 3 hours it went off, then when I tried to turn it back on while booting it flipped and started powering off. I tried to call PanDigital Tech Support, but they were closed. What kind of Tech Support is not opened 24/7???? I think I will be dropping this off at the UPS store. I was really excited about this tablet.
