I attempted to reply to a post you made, but the commenting period was closed in the thread about the barking dog. It really didn't come to mind until you made mention to it. I also recall when the OP of that thread had some problems with some of the neighbors in their back yard fishing on the lake, etc. which was causing problems for her.

Anyway, what you posted could certainly be 'hitting the nail on the head' so to speak. There were plenty of suggestions, so hopefully it can be resolved for her.
