I ordered a Bio Silk hair set on Jun 1 it shipped from LA to me in NY on Jun 3 supposedly delivered to my local PO on Jun 9. I contacted my mail carrier to check on the package and they could not find it. Emailed Customer Service yesterday and have not heard back. Right now I want a refund.

I have seen this common thread of things being delivered to the post office and sitting there for days ( according to the tracking information). I had 2 packages like that and I took the information to the post office. They said that those tracking numbers were in a pallet of packages delivered to the post office but not the packages themselves. (??) Strange thing though that they were delivered to my house the next day. I have read other similar complaints.

I finally received my package of Wen hair products on 6/16. It arrived at my local po on 6/8. On the bottom of the box was a stamp "Reject" and then next to it a label titled
"rerun". Why it rejected I have no idea. Address was correct.
