Jenn Coffey posted this code on her page to use as 20% off 1X purchase.  I know it doesn't apply to one time only's, clearances, final sale but I wanted to use it on the 4 soaps Harry just presented with Sandra lemon cello, etc...It wouldn't work.  I called Customer Service and the Rep told me these codes are sent out to select customers it's not a code that can be used by anyone.  I didn't know this...told her Jenn Coffey advertised it on her page.  She was nice enough to override it for me and process the order with the 20% off.  I really appreciated her efforts!!
