Here's a question for you:

A friend of mine, a counselor at a large high school, in a metropolitan area, told me that in a couple of weeks, the school staff will be voting on a amendment to the school's prom policy:

"All students attending Junior (11) or Senior (12) grade Proms, MUST be members of one of those classes. Students enrolled in grades 11, or 12, can only purchase tickets to the Prom of their grade level, but, could attend either Prom as the guest of the student enrolled in the appropriate grade level, who purchased the ticket.

NO underclass level students grades 9 or 10, Freshman or Sophomores, will be allowed to attend either Prom, as the guest of a Junior or Senior student.

Junior of Senior students, planning to bring, as their guest, a student from another school, must present to their grade level counselor, proof that their guest is either a Junior or Senior, at the school where the guest is enrolled.

Senior's (12) ONLY, who have achieved the age of 18, or who have a parental/guardian authorization slip, may bring as their guest, an individual who has already graduated high school. Notification of grade level counselor is required.

The Senior All Nighter is for Senior (12) level students only, with no disciplinary, or other restrictions. Absolutely no exceptions.
