PROGRAM GUIDE HAS LEFT THE PLANET?

  1. QVC needs to bring back the weekly program guides.   I understand QVC wants to show all three channels, but it is not user friendly to remove the current weekly or future weekly program  guides .  The QVC website for computers and phones need to be updated allowing shoppers to see the products for the whole week and future weeks.  QVC has their programs all planned out for months to a year ahead so share it with the consumers so they can plan too.

You can access it through the Search box. Not nearly so user friendly and has cut down on my interest.

Re: PROGRAM GUIDE HAS LEFT THE PLANET?

When I open the program guide it defaults to a daily view with all three channels listed but when I click on the weekly view it defaults to Q with the option of selecting Q2 or Beauty.  If I want to see beyond the current week all I have to do is click on the "next week" arrow.

What is good for the goose today will also be good for the gander tomorrow.

Re: PROGRAM GUIDE HAS LEFT THE PLANET?

How many people have to complain before QVC realizes that this change was not an improvement?   I probably miss shows that I would have watched simply because I detest this new format.   It is too bothersome for me to raise my blood pressure for.  If I happen to catch a show while channel surfing, I will watch, otherwise I'm not watching.  Of course, I ALWAYS watch Carolyn and Gary on Tues. morning   and  Susan Graver on Thurs morning.  (Unless they have been pre-empted by seasonal shows.)  PLEASE LISTEN TO US AND MAKE THE PROGRAM GUIDE MORE USER FRIENDLY!!!!!!

I agree. Almost impossible to understand.

That's what I do, too, @Marp.    I have to admit it took a while to remember where to find it and how to use it, but now it's quick and easy.   I think the change to the website design which in some cases makes it harder to locate was a bad one, though, and the result is that many customers no longer can find it.   Thanks for posting this clear description, which I think will be helpful to many posters.😊

It’s not that bad.
