I ordered the today's special Dell computer in April of 2011. I received it at the end of the month and I was excited because I never owned a Dell. However, my excitement turned in to dissapointment. Two months after I had it, the computer crashed. I called QVC and Dell and they had me to restore the computer. This happened again in September 2011 and November 2011.
Dell is saying that I need to pay over $200 for them to restore it again because their warranty only covers hardware and not software. This is rediculous!! After two months of ownership I have had problems with the computer and no one wants to replace or repair. Now I have been put on hold by QVC for the last 30 days. Everytime I have called they have referred the problem to "Upper management" but no call back.
Very Frustrated!!!!
