@Mothertrucker No offense about y our suggestion to use the suggestion box but other than the moderators who now monitor and delete any posts THEY deem unaccpetable, i doubt that anyone at QVC reads the suggestions and if you use the feedback button, most times you get a canned response.
IMO, that makes it a waste of time.

I don't watch Albany but her job is to present the product and if she didn't do it properly, then she is the one at fault, not the poster for asking the question.
I didn't think my post was nasty .... and I don't think makeup brushes are all that hard to figure out. Sorry if you disagree.

Your prior post to me was removed by the moderators. There was good reason for its removal.
There's no valid reason to miss describing how a new product works. If you actually watched the presentation you would have understood that the brushes are made from a newly engineered fiber. And as I stated earlier in the thread the cleansing foam and cleaning pad were not demonstrated. Running out of time during a presentation is not an excuse.
I don't care what she sounds like or what she looks like. Showing the product and making sure it's explained thoroughly is her job.

If so, please explain why. MY POST said that I enjoyed her Southernisms (southern expressions) and that I thought her new curly hairdo was beautiful. Where is my post? If you removed that, why?
I really think whoever is running the moderation of this board is on the wrong track. They are treating QVC customers like a bunch of little babies in nursery school. It is NOT the ladies on this board who need to grow up. Quite the contrary. QVC needs to do away with the thin-skinned control freaks who remove posts for no reason. How insulting and demeaning to the ladies on this board. You have ruined it. The numbers show that many thousands agree with me, as traffic was down 90+% when I last checked.
Don't take these monitors so personally, they deleted my post about Albany too and I could care less.

Oh good grief ........ I don't disagree that hosts (and vendors) are supposed to explain use of the products presented, but each product is given a certain amount of time in the schedule. If not enough time was allotted, then that's the producer's fault, not the host's. The host has to move on to the next item to be presented.

As shown on the video she had more than 7 minutes of air time. That is beyond adequate to demonstrate how the product and cleansers work. So enough making excuses for a presentation fail. Oh good grief...

Um, I'm really sorry you didn't understand the point I was making, so I guess I need to spell it out .....
I wasn't "making excuses" for anything ....... I was simply explaining that there are often very tight time frames with on air presentations.
Why would you think I was "making excuses"? For who ... or what? Never mind, I really don't care.
