figured it out.........................can not use on ballet rose and nude rose

 

 

I found this on ebay..........it is no where on the philosophy website and I never saw it on QVC...............how weird.................

The exclusion list seems to keep getting longer.  I didn't try to order today.  Last time I did, I had an issue with the promo code.  When that happens, I don't buy.
