A sad loss.  I liked her part in as Neallie O'Hara in "Valley of the Dolls".  She played a drug addict.  She was a very talented actress.

Weirdly I just watched 'Valley of the Dolls' approximately a month ago.

I am in shock and sad, I loved the Patty Duke show. She was so young. Prayers for her family, this had to be a shock.

So sad.  She had had four marriages by age 39!  The last one was a keeper.
