The dumping is one thing and that stinks, but the theft of bldg supplies is what really would tick me off.

 

Please be wary though, if people are aware of your neighborhood and all the new builds and are *hitting it*, you will be their enemy when they get caught.  Just be careful.

 

I don't know if you have other neighbors that the thieves may think turned them in, but I wouldn't even tell the other neighbors that I called the Sheriff.  

 

And I would call the Sheriff!
