@Kachina624  yes, but guy was gone by time deputy arrived.  They have our pictures and statements (from last Thursday and from today).

@MamaWick    Have you ever watched Lone Star Law on Animal Planet?  It's a reality series about the Texas Game Wardens.  They often track down illegal dumpers.  You can learn a lot about the state and its people on this program.  There is a lot of deer hunting drama which you might not like.  I get tickled hearing them talk... just like being home again. 

I just learned from watching that there are big mule deer in the Trans Pecos Area of West Texas.  Didn't know that.
